As a department of Project & Service Management our offer covers the following areas:Project Management
•    Defining and implementing of project or programs management methodology
•    Implementation of portfolio management processes
•    Defining the requirements for Project Portfolio Management tools with the possibility of the implementation
of   selected    tools
•    Implementation of PMO
•    Analysis of the maturity in the areas of managing projects, programs, portfolios or projects
•    Building a Project Managers model of competence, evaluation of the team competencies
•    Project managment on behalf of the client organization
•    Supporting Customer Project Manager in the crucial points of the projects
•    Audit of strategic or risky projects, preparing a report and a plan of remedial measures
•    Inventory of the projects in the organization, opening report.

Service Management

•    Maintenance services of IT systems, which consist mainly in providing customers with new software versions, patches and updates, as well as solving problems, helping in configuration and reconfiguration, extention and change of the systems. We adjust the SLA contracts to customer requirements.
